When I started KaerKonect, it wasn’t because I wanted to build a platform—it was because I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find the right caregiver.
Like many parents and families, I spent weeks searching for a house help who truly matched my needs. The process was exhausting: unreliable leads, mismatched expectations, and constant uncertainty. What should have been a straightforward task became stressful and discouraging.
That experience made one thing clear—families need a better, more structured way to find trustworthy caregivers. At the same time, caregivers deserve access to fair opportunities, dignity, and respect for the important work they do.
KaerKonect was created to bridge this gap.
Our mission is simple: to connect families with reliable nannies, house helps, and elderly caregivers through a process built on trust, transparency, and care. We believe that inviting someone into your home should come with peace of mind and that caregivers should be supported, valued, and treated with dignity.
This platform is still growing, but our commitment remains strong. We listen carefully to families, we respect caregivers, and we continue to improve how we serve our community every day.
